One in Greenville, Yarmouth County on Oct. 21




The Office of African Nova Scotian Affairs is holding a series of information sessions in African Nova Scotian communities this fall.

This round of meetings will inform the community about the office's current programs and future plans. At some sessions, representatives from various departments and organizations will share information on their programs aimed at the African Nova Scotian community.

The following sessions are being held in African Nova Scotian communities in he tri-county region this month:

-- Yarmouth: Tuesday, Oct. 21, Greenville Community Centre, 724 Greenville Rd. Co-presenter: Department of Labour and Workforce Development. Subject: Strength through skills and learning.

-- Digby: Wednesday, Oct. 22, Digby Superstore Community Room, 470 Warwick St. Co-presenter: Department of Labour and Workforce Development. Subject: Strength through skills and learning.
