There were 185 reports made to RCMP in King County between Oct. 2 and Oct. 6.

An out-of-control nine-year-old was causing a problem, wielding a stapler in a Grade 5 classroom October 2. The class had to be evacuated; the child was suspended.

There was a collision between a pick-up truck and a logging truck on Highway 12 at Forest Home at about 8 p.m. The driver of the pick-up was treated at Valley Regional Hospital and released. Charges may be pending.

A vehicle flipped into the ditch in Sheffield Mills at 6:30 p.m.

Police were called when a 52-year-old overdosed.

A drunk male was reported on the ground in the Wal-mart parking lot in New Minas at 10:45 p.m.

A 72-year-old duck hunter was located after he died suddenly.

At 1 a.m. October 3, youth were reported making noise in a park on Joyce St. in Coldbrook.

An unwanted 23-year-old was reported at 1:47 a.m. on March Hawk Dr. in Wolfville.

An unwanted man was sleeping in a barn in Arlington.

There was a theft from an unlocked vehicle on McKittrick Rd. in North Kentville.

A 28-year-old male shoplifter tried to steal shoes at Wal-mart in New Minas around noon.

A chainsaw and ATV were stolen from Nicholsville.

A large cow with huge horns presented a traffic hazard on Brooklyn St. at 2:30 p.m.

Two girls, ages 14 and 16, were caught trying to steal hair spray at Wal-mart in New Minas.

An unknown male smashed a beer bottle near a pedestrian on Linden Ave. in Wolfville about 9:45 p.m.

A house on High St. in Port Williams was egged.

A 20-year-old was issued a ticket for underage drinking on Highland Ave. in Wolfville at 10:29 p.m.; later, an 18-year-old received a similar ticket in the same vicinity.

There was a noise complaint on Summer St. in Wolfville at 11:52 p.m.

Two laptops were stolen from two different rooms in two different residences on the Acadia University campus.

Two males in their 20s caused a disturbance at the New Minas restaurant at 1:30 a.m. Oct. 4 by smashing a glass.

At 2:12 a.m., police in Wolfville were called on campus after an 18-year-old drank 17 beers. He was issued a ticket.

A signed Sidney Crosby hockey shirt was stolen from an apartment on Lincoln St. in Kingston after the door was kicked in. Nothing else was taken.

A deer collided with a vehicle in Prospect.

There was a theft while householders were sleeping on Elderkin Lane in Greenwich.

An Aylesford parent reported a child who threw a rock at a nine-year-old.

A South Greenwood parent called 911 after her 17-year-old son got stuck in a hole.

A 25-year-old man was arrested in Lakeville for impaired driving after a report of erratic driving.

A 16-year-old youth was arrested at a loud party near the Look Off. The youth kicked a police car after officers arrived to shut down some underaged drinking.

A loud group of pedestrians got a warning on Prospect St. in Wolfville at 11:10 p.m. A noisy party was reported on Linden Ave. shortly after.

A visiting student from Halifax was arrested on campus in Wolfville for underage drinking at 1:10 a.m. October 5.

A noisy party was reported on Prospect St. in Wolfville at 1:42 a.m. At 3:34 a.m., a 19-year-old was arrested for being drunk on Harbourside Dr. Three minutes later, another 19-year-old drunk was causing a traffic hazard on Main St. He, too, went to jail to sober up.

A 20-year-old was arrested at 7:56 a.m. in Greenwood for lying drunk in bushes near a fast food outlet. He was under an undertaking to abstain from alcohol.

RCMP Kings arrested a 49-year-old Harbourville area woman for mischief after RCMP in Kingston received a call about damage to a Harbourville restaurant. The damage occurred October 4, when some windows were broken. The suspect was taken to the Kingston RCMP office and released on a promise to appear. Charges of mischief under $5,000 are pending.

A female driver failed to pay for $30 worth of gas in Coldbrook.

A 14-year-old male youth tried to steal game cards at Zellers in New Minas.

A wounded deer was still alive after a collision on Highway 101 near Avonport.

A business in Pereau had a window broken.

A generator was stolen out of workshop on Maple St. in Waterville.

A 59-year-old man blew a breathalyzer reading of 230 after he was arrested in Cambridge at 8:19 p.m.

An elderly woman near Morden reported a theft from her residence.

October 6, police received a report of a truck vandalized overnight in Waterville.

There were 10 domestic incidents and three mental health calls.

There were collisions in New Minas, Greenwich, Wolfville and Belcher St. in North Kentville

There were seven false business alarms, six false residential alarms and 16 false 911 calls.
