Aliant's Community Choice Awards - put West Hants in the winner's circle

Vote for your favorite West Hants haunts, from pubs to coffee shops & theatre.

Aliant is currently holding their Community Choice Awards. All residents of Atlantic Canada are eligible to make nominations to honour all things Atlantic Canadian. This is your chance to nominate the best local spots and entertainment in West Hants such as,

the best local festival (do you stick to Sam Slick or is it the Pumpkin Festival that pumps you up?);

favorite local pub or coffee shops;

the most impressive local theatre group; the prettiest area in Nova Scotia or the best city/ town to grow up in

…and more!

Those nominations with the most votes will be added to a final list where you will have the opportunity to vote for the selections at hand.

Nominations will be taken until Sunday, July 27th! Tell all your friends to vote too! One winner for each category will be selected and awarded a plaque based on the number of votes received. And by voting, you will have a chance to win great prizes as well. Contest details can be found on the Aliant website.

The voting process will allow one vote per email address in each award category. However, entries in the prize Contest for you will be limited to one entry per email address regardless of the number of nominations/votes received from that email address.
