Card Party

July 22 at East Port Medway Comm. Hall, 7:30pm. Prizes & refreshments.

Fun Day

July 24 at the Rossignol Cultural Center, 12:00pm to 2:30pm. Open to ages 8 - 12. The cost is 7 dollars which includes a tour of our museum. There will be crafts, snacks, games, and plenty of fun. Activities will include water so be sure to bring appropriate clothing. Seating is limited so phone 354-3067 to reserve your spot.

Friday Night Fever

July 25 at RCL Branch 38, Liverpool, 9-1am. $5 p/p. Music by Dave Burbine & Traditional Country. Members & guests welcome.

Species at Risk Conservation Celebration

Pick-up Softball, Liverpool

Enjoy some fun-filled softball every Monday night in July on the Thorbourne Field in Liverpool. Age: 16 years and up. A waiver must be filled out by parent/guardian if under 19. Please bring your glove.

Children’s Art Camp, Brooklyn

Join artist Bill Downey for a week of creative fun... try your hand at an assortment of arts and crafts, which may include pottery, painting, paper mache, calligraphy, mosaic and more! The camp begins on July 28th and runs until August 1st, from 1 – 4:3- pm daily at the Brooklyn Community Hall. Age: 6 - 10 years. Cost: $77.00 (includes all supplies and a snack each day). Youth Art Camp, Brooklyn

Artist Bill Downey will lead you through a week of creativity, imagination and fun, as you work on projects in a variety of media. You will get to try batik, stained glass, Ukrainian Easter eggs, and more. The camp begins on August 4 and runs until August 8th, from 1 – 4:30 pm daily, at the Brooklyn Community Hall. Seniors Day at Marina Park, Brooklyn

Come out and boogie with Salt Water Cowboys and to enjoy the music and refreshments on August 5th from 10 am until 12 noon at the Brooklyn Marina Park. Bring your lawn chair! Rain date Tuesday, August 12th.

Karaoke & Dance Dance Revolution, Liverpool

Grab your dancing shoes and come enjoy a night of singing and dancing at the Trinity Parish Hall from 6 to 8 pm on August 7th. Bring your friends. Age: 10 - 14 years. Cost: $3.00 (snack included). Pre-register by Friday, August 1st.

Swimming Lesson Registration

Swimming Lesson Registration for the Milton Centennial Pool for Sessions 3 & 4 ( Session 3: July 28 - August 8; Session 4: August 11- 22) will be held on July 22 & 23 from 8 am to 6 pm at the Recreation Department. Registration for the North Queens Aquatic Centre will take place at the North Queens Pool from 9 am- 12 noon and 4pm – 7pm. Registration is on a first come first serve basis. Payment and a waiver must be completed in full at the time of registration. The cost of lessons is $35 per session per child, or $83 per session for a family of 3 or more. Please contact the Recreation Department for more information.

Port Medway Tennis Camp, Port Medway

Do you "love" tennis? Learn how to play the game at a 2-day Tennis Camp in Port Medway on July 29 & 30. Participants will be advised of the time of their camp following registration. Age: 6 years +. Cost: $10.00 per person. Pre-register by Monday, July 21st. Please bring a Tennis Racket.

Infinity Sticks

Think you have the skills to master infinity sticks? Learn how to make and juggle your own infinity sticks with the Recreation Dept at Privateer Park on August 11 from 1 – 3pm. Age: 7 years +. Cost: $6.00 (snack included). Pre-register by Thursday, August 7th. In the event of rain this activity will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #38, Liverpool.
