Are you new to the Internet and finding yourself scared to surf on the wide open web? Don’t worry, On July 15, the Bridgetown C@P Site is offering a free Internet basics course to anyone that is interested.

It will cover everything from what the Internet actually is, to the lingo used in some of the most commonly used search engines. Staff will teach you how to narrow down your searches by using key words, and even how use the advanced toolbar.

Anyone interested can stop by, call, or e-mail to register for the course. Seats are limited. The course runs from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
