Berwick's apple-a-day Canada Day
Berwick proclaimed its own pride in its apple heritage and status as Nova Scotia’s Apple Capital with a sky-high message on Canada Day: red apples on a green background, placed by volunteers as party art and promotion.

Comment online since July 15th 2008It is wonderful to see! Hope to see more art done with apples. Kentville has it's pumpkin people and now we have apple art. There is no end to what you can create with apples. Let's see what we can do for fall decorations throughout the town and from the air. Great idea and excellent presentation by the people of Berwick.
