Sword and chains
With their chains of office, Mayor Frank Mackintosh, left, and Provost Fergus Wood, the mayor Stirling, Scotland, brought a ceremonial air to the display this morning in town hall of the Wallace Sword. The sword is traveling with a delegation from Stirling, honored with a reception first in town hall and later in the Municipality of Digby building.
