PHOTO ESSAY: Carleton school students enjoy wet fun at school and on the water
On June 12 Grade Primary to Grade 5 students from Carleton Consolidated School got to experience the dragon boats at Lake Milo.

The school also held a field day on June 13 with activities such as an Olympic flag ceremony, a slip and slide, a pass the sponge activity and slip and slide soccer. Because the school had so many games that involved water, the Carleton Fire Department volunteered their truck to supply water to the school.

Lori Sigfridson, the gym teacher at Carleton school, played a key role in organizing the activities, as she often does.

Included here are some photographs supplied by the school displaying the fun that the students, and staff, have had over the past couple of of days.
