Runners in the 22nd annual Lobster Festival 10-K Run couldn’t have had better weather as they left the starting line from Sherose Island - it was cool and overcast.

The first three male runners to cross the line were all from Yarmouth. First place winner Steven Murray clocked a time of 41:14. He can add this win to other Lobster Run victories in the past, including first for 2001, 2003 and 2005.

Results for the rest of the race are as follows:

Second place male: Garth Spinney 43:28

Third place male: Jeff Burns 43:57

First place female: Cathy Hunt 50:30

Second place female: Marion Oickle 1:01:14

Third place female: Merla Nickerson 1:01:42
