Men charged with pipe theft identified
Aaron Cole, 35, and Isaac Peck, 26, have been identified as the pair facing theft and mischief charges after 1.6 kilometres of iron pipe was dug up in Annapolis County and sold to a Marshalltown scrap dealer for $20,000.
The former water pipe was removed by excavators from a railway bed east of Cornwallis in early May.

RCMP said the two are charged with theft over $5,000 and mischief to property.
