Hello and happy June everyone. Has everyone had enough of the black flies already? We just went on our first family fishing trip of the season and the bugs were terrible.

Our trip was just a couple hours at a nearby brook to give the kids a chance at some fishing. I think they enjoyed themselves.

Branden and Dylan both caught some fish and put them back because they were really little. A couple did come home because of the way they were hooked, but the boys want to try to get some more to go with them so we can have enough for a meal. From that, I guess we should be going fishing again soon.

Gaspereau soccer starts June 3 so for anyone signed up, make sure you have all the necessary gear and a fun attitude. Start time is 6:30 p.m.; hope to see you there.

Are you interested in a way to ensure that you eat healthy and get your daily recommended intake of fruit? Do you watch Oprah?

There’s a drink called Mona Vie that has numerous health benefits for young and old. Todd and I drink it. I know that I don’t get the fruits and vegetables that I should all the time so this is a way for me to be healthy. It tastes like blueberries.

If you would like more information, call me (542-1247) or e-mail me. I can give you some reading material plus a taste test.

Anyway, I shall go for now. I look forward to hearing from you. Have a great week everyone.
