Spring fever at Queens Manor
Queens’ Manor’s annual Spring Day Fair begins 10 a.m. April 19. Shown are Mildred Roy and Administrator John Budgell enjoying a chat at Queens Manor’s new wheelchair accessible table. New tables for the four dining rooms at Queens Manor were purchased from last year’s Spring Day Fair proceeds.
Spring fever at Queens Manor
Spring comes early at Queens Manor, as the Queens Manor Spring Day Fair Committee is busy planning their annual Spring Day Fair.
This fair has become an annual fundraising event for Queens Manor. Each year the proceeds from this event helps to purchase something that will add to the comfort of the lives of those living at Queens Manor, most recently the purchase of new wheelchair accessible tables for the dining rooms.

This year the event is two weeks earlier than in other years. It is planned for April 19 at the Liverpool Fire Hall. Please remember our white elephant table when you are spring cleaning.

The fair, starting at 10 a.m. will include something for all members of the family such as white elephant, plants, toys, bake table, a mini auction, et cetera. The Liverpool Baseball Club will be sponsoring Spring Day Fair Bingo that evening starting at 7 p.m at the Liverpool Fire Hall. We hope people will come out to support both events.

The success of this event is due to the dedication of our wonderful volunteers, committee and church groups. Again this year we are asking for the support of our family, friends, staff, community and volunteers to donate items and time to this year’s event. Donations will be accepted at the fire hall after 8 a.m. during the morning of April 19.

If you need pick up or more information please call co-conveners Etta Westhaver at 683-2330 or Inez Eaton at 354-5030.
