Schools closed on Thursday
Weather forces cancellation of classes in tri-counties
Because of the weather, the Tri-County Regional School Board and the CSAP have closed schools in Yarmouth, Digby and Shelburne counties on Thursday.
The Tri-County board's central office in Yarmouth is also closed for the day.
Environment Canada is forecasting periods of snow and blowing snow amounting to 10 to 15 centimetres today.Winds 30 km/h gusting to 50 km/h are expected this morning.
There are also periods of snow forecasted for this evening.
