South Shore Health wishes to advise the public that this organization is not associated with the addictions services provided by the District Health Authority. South Shore Health’s Addictions Services Program does not engage in fundraising activities and does not share information about patients and clients with this or any other fundraising organization.

Fundraising for South Shore Health facilities and programs is conducted through the Health Services Foundation of the South Shore (South Shore Regional and Fishermen’s Memorial Hospitals), Queens Hospital Foundation and hospital auxiliaries.
