Teens to face off against cops

Annapolis RCMP will be up against teens with sticks Thursday, Dec. 13.

Although the local law enforcement officers will be wearing helmets they won’t be donning riot gear for protection -- just your regular hockey equipment as they face off against the Bridgetown Regional High School hockey team.

The contest is set for 12:30 p.m. and the entire student body has been given time off to attend the game at the Bridgetown Arena.

The general public is also invited to attend this fundraiser as cops and kids battle it out for a good cause.

Cost is $2 per person and all proceeds will go to the school hockey team and the BRHS student council.
