A snow storm has hit the South
Shore and Shelburne county and so far up to 30 cm has been called for today and a snow fall warning is currently in effect.
Police report that there have been plenty of vehicles sliding into ditches as the road conditions become more difficult to maneuver.
The schools all across the South Shore have decided to close early including all schools in Shelburne County. Students will be let out at 1:00 p.m. today.
Barrington RCMP have warned drivers to take their time when traveling on the roads.
