Acadia University president Dr. Gail Dinter-Gottlieb will not seek a second term at the helm.
The 14th president and vice chancellor took on the role in 2003. She was involved in the move away from the Acadia Advantage program, which will come into effect next September.
Acadia spokesman Scott Roberts confirmed her decision recently. Gottlieb’s term will end at conclusion of the 2008 academic year.
