There were 113 reports made to RCMP in Kings County between Oct. 15 and 18.

Eight cows were loose on the side of Highway 221 last Monday morning. An adult went missing in Cambridge, but turned up again on Wednesday.

An apartment superintendent in Wolfville reported a window in a door broken over the weekend.

While a customer was briefly in Ward's Store in Centreville, someone smashed a window in his vehicle.

A large group of youth was hanging around the West Kings Arena at 2:31 p.m. in Kingston.

A drunk female was in a Kingston diner at 2:55 p.m. Ongoing speeding problems were reported in Grafton.

A cottage and shed were broken into at Aylesford Lake. Two young shoplifters were stopped in New Minas at 5:37 p.m. A lockbox was stolen from a New Minas business.

Checkpoints in both Canning and Kingsport failed to find violations. One car rear-ended another on Main St. in Wolfville.

Early last Tuesday morning, a pile of garbage was lit on fire in a driveway in Greenwood.

A Highland Ave. property owner reported three separate incidents of vandalism to newly planted hedges.

Four young adults were causing noise on Linden Ave. in Wolfville at 1:35 a.m.

There was an assault on the Cambridge Reserve at 1:48 p.m. Speeding was reported on Aalders Ave. in New Minas.

Lost rent money was reported from the Kentville area. A stolen Hyundai was found burned on the Peck Meadow Rd. atop South Mountain. Two tires were slashed in Kingsport.

A number of naked men were reported walking down Prospect St. in Wolfville at 9:11 p.m. Police investigating checked a party, but all the guests had their clothes on.

A liquor store customer called and asked the New Minas outlet to stay open late and then threatened staff when his request was denied.

Acadia University security reported three males smoking marijuana on University Ave.

On Wednesday morning, at 12:36 a.m., a fight was reported on Harbourside Dr. in Wolfville.

An attempted break-in at Harbourville was reported. While investigating, police learned from the N.S. Power Corp. that someone shot a hole through a transformer Oct. 11 in the same area. That act allowed toxic fluid to leak out. The transformer had to be replaced and the soil removed around the unit.

Eighty students paraded in support of their striking faculty at Acadia University in Wolfville.

Youth were reported drinking and littering around the Cambridge Community Centre.

An iPod was stolen out of a gym bag in the locker room at Central Kings High School.

Noise was reported on Highland Ave. in Wolfville. An older movie camera in a bag was found in a ditch in Melanson.

A collision occurred in Newtonville at the intersection of a private road. A quarter of a cord of firewood was stolen in Aldershot.

Police are investigating a man who was alledgedly offering teenage girls money for sex.

Two Kingston-area boys, aged 11, went missing for several hours, but turned up about 11:20 p.m.

There was a minor collision on Nichols Ave. in north Kentville. A cottage at Black River Rd. was broken into, but nothing was taken.

Three cases of internal theft were reported to police, including one from a school where funds intended for a family with a sick child were stolen.

There were two sudden deaths, an attempted suicide and three mental health calls.

There were nine domestic incidents. They included: a son throwing rocks at a father; a spouse throwing her husband's belongings out due to unfaithfulness; a daughter who assaulted a mother; and a wife locked in a bathroom in fear of a husband with aggressive Alzheimer's.

There were five false business alarms, eight false residential alarms, one false panic alarm and another at a school. There were three false 911 calls.
