There was music, excitement and activity at The Hants County Exhibition in Windsor Sept. 14-16. Nova Scotia Country Music Hall of Fame fiddler Keith Ross kicked things off Friday evening and the weekend just soared from there. Internationally renowned singer/songwriter Bruce Guthro took the Vaughan’s/Petro-Canada stage for two shows Saturday and Les Girls, from Prince Edward Island, thrilled audiences Sunday afternoon with their lively brand of high-tempo music. The midway featured rides and games of chance, and onsite venues housed a full slate of activities that included horse shows and competitions, animal husbandry, kiosks, a food court and plenty of agricultural displays. Even better, it all goes again this weekend, Sept. 21-23. For more on the program, visit:
