Talk about special delivery!
Hants Aquatic Society co-chairs Kevin White and Andy Kirk (right) received something special delivery at the Windsor Post office last week. Teller John Trinacty, a former Windsor Bluefins provincial diving champ, presented two cheques for $1,000 each for the new Aquatic Centre. Canada Post awards regional offices a cash prize for ‘best attendance’ that can then be donated to a non-profit organization. The Windsor Branch has won on several occasions and staff voted to donate the monies this time to the new Aquatic Centre.
