Facility to include reports on 1967 UFO sighting
The opening of the temporary site for the Shag Harbour Incident Society museum has been delayed until late May. Opening ceremonies had been tentatively set for April 30.
The museum will feature the history of Shag Harbour, Bear Point and Woods Harbour in addition to information pertaining to a mysterious UFO incident in 1967.

It will be located temporarily in a building next to R & D Nickerson Fisheries Ltd. The goal is to eventually build a multi-purpose facility in the area.

Those wishing to donate items can call Dale Nickerson at 902 723-2385 or Cindy Nickerson at 902 723-0174.
