Bran Cereal with Psyllium fibre classic muffins

This easy recipe makes 20 to 25 muffins that can be frozen in individual baggies for a perfect on-the-go snack.
Ingredients
300 ml (1 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
7 ml (1 1/2 tsp) baking powder
2 ml (1/2 tsp) baking soda
1 ml (1/4 tsp) salt
375 ml (1 1/2 cups) Kellogg's All-Bran Buds cereal with psyllium
300 ml (1 1/4 cups) milk
50 ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil
75 ml (1/3 cup) molasses
1 egg
125 ml (1/2 cup) raisins
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand for 2 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add oil, molasses and egg. Beat well. Stir in raisins.
Add flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased or paper-lined 6 cm (2 1/2") muffin-pan cups.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) 20-25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
