Robber makes off with movie money

RCMP in Kingston, along with New Minas RCMP’s general investigation section, are investigating a robbery Sunday, Dec. 21 around 9:45 p.m. at the Movie Gallery Video store in Greenwood.

RCMP advise a lone suspect entered the store demanding cash from the cash register till. After the contents were emptied into a bag, the suspect fled on foot towards Central Avenue in Greenwood.

The suspect is described as 5'6" to 5'-8" in height, with a slim build and wearing a black mask and green hoodie. The gender of the suspect is unknown. No weapon was observed.
