Grade Primary students Cobie Fralick, Maggie Morine and Dawson Mahar were among the DES students to receive prizes from the Royal Canadian Legion for their art.

Legion awards prizes at DES

Students at Digby Elementary School were awarded prizes by Keith Stevens of the Royal Canadian Legion for their Remembrance Day art, prose and poetry.

The Grade Primary winners were: CobieFralick, Maggie Morine, Dawson Mahar.

Grade One winners: Nick Bremner, Jasmine Doucette, Dawson O’Neil.

Grade Two winners: Olivia Haight missing, Rosey Balser, Emma Lewis.

Grade Three winners: Melanie gunn, Katie Maclean, Sydney Hersey.

Grade Four winnrs: Taylor Wright, Adrienne Sibbley, Bailey Ross.

Grade Five winners: Dakota Sibbley, Taylor Robinson , Taylor Porter.

Grade Six winners: Chelsee Brea Andews, Laura Bellieveau, Angel Hamilton.
