ATV burned, abandoned in Smith’s Cove
Police have yet to find the owner of a four-wheel all terrain vehicle that was destroyed by fire early Saturday near Brinton’s Auto Salvage at Smith’s Cove.
In a news release today, Const. Darrell McNeil of the Digby RCMP detachment, said the ATV was still smoldering when police arrived Saturday morning. There was no sign of the rider, and there have been no reports of a stolen four-wheeler in Digby or Annapolis counties.

Police are looking for the machine’s owner and ask anyone with information to call the detachment at 245-2579, or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
