Toastmasters move to new digs sure sign of growth

The Annapolis Valley Toastmasters have announced that effective Nov.18 at 7 p.m., the club will hold its meetings at the Air Commodore Birchall Centre, Building B-221, Classroom 3 at 14 Wing, Greenwood. ]

Due to increased membership and future planning, the club felt the need for a larger and more appropriate venue. A special nod goes to the Atlantic SuperStore and Sobey's for providing their community rooms in the past.

The members are delighted at this change and look forward to sharing the mission of Toastmasters Clubs, which is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop and practice communication and leadership skills, which foster self-confidence and personal growth.
