The Early Childhood Awareness Network is having its 6th Annual Halloween Carnival at the Burridge Campus gymnasium on Nov. 1 from 2-4 p.m. Parents and children can pick up an empty treat bag at the door of the NSCC gym and then trick or treat through the booths. There will be activities, games,
