RCMP arrest Wolfville woman in Parkinson's collection scam
RCMP in Wolfville arrested a 47-year-old Wolfville woman today after receiving calls from the public regarding someone falsely representing the Parkinson's Society of Nova Scotia and soliciting for donations.

Charges of fraud are pending against the woman. RCMP remind the public to ensure that persons soliciting for charity groups have valid identification if they are unsure to take necessary steps to protect themselves from these types of scams.
