Between Monday, Aug. 18 and Sunday, Aug. 24 Windsor District RCMP responded to a total of 113 calls for service. There were six false alarms and 10 misdialed 911 calls among them.
Police investigated five complaints of assault, one report of uttering threats and three incidents involving disturbing the peace.
There were 10 theft-related occurrences reported along with one reported break and enter as well as five reports of damage to property.
Windsor District RCMP investigated eight reports involving vehicle collisions, 11 traffic-related reports and four reports of impaired driving.
Looking at the CrimeStoppers report, Windsor District RCMP is investigating the following offences:
Sometime over night Thursday, July 10, around 10:30 p.m., solar lights were stolen from several homes along Rand St. and Holmes Hill Rd. in Hantsport.
Sometime between Saturday, July 5 and Friday, July 11, Dr. Arthur Hines School in Summerville was vandalized. Words were carved into an outdoor display, plants were pulled out from the garden, pieces of the outer building were torn off and chess pieces were broken.
Sometime between Saturday, July 19 and Monday, July 21, items from a tree harvester were stolen near South Uniacke Road. Included in the items were two joysticks to operate the machinery and an O-ring kit.
Sometime between 10 p.m. Saturday, July 19 and 2 a.m. Sunday, July 20, vandals did an extensive amount of damage to a green at Avon Valley Golf and Country Club in
Falmouth. A fire extinguisher also went missing. This is the second weekend in a row that the club reported damage.
Windsor District RCMP is investigating two incidents of break and enter into separate apartments in the Chittick Ave. and School Street areas of Hantsport. The first occurred sometime Sunday, July 20, where money was stolen. The second occurred sometime between Sunday, Aug. 17 and Wednesday, Aug. 20. Several items including a guitar, X-Box game unit and a stereo were stolen.
Sometime overnight Tuesday Aug. 5 and Wednesday, Aug. 6, someone spray-painted the front door of the Windsor Daycare Centre. Windsor District RCMP is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the suspect of this crime.
Sometime overnight Tuesday, Aug. 5 and Wed., Aug. 6, someone broke into one of the railway cars of the Windsor and Hantsport Railway in Windsor.
Windsor District RCMP is investigating graffiti that was spray-painted on the side wall of the KFC on O’Brien Street in Windsor. The incident occurred between 9 p.m. Aug. 7 and 9 a.m. Aug. 8. The graffiti was a symbol of "Pacman" with writing A Y 0 8 beside it.
