There were 143 reports made to RCMP in Kings County between Aug. 18 and Aug. 21.

Last Monday there was a break-in on Governor Crt. in north Kentville. Some electronic games were stolen.

A man who lifted chocolate bars and Kraft dinner from a food store in Coldbrook assaulted a staff member who gave chase.

A suspicious driver was reported from Skyway Dr. in Wolfville.

A Kabota tractor was stolen overnight Aug. 19 from a business in Aylesford.

An abandoned vehicle in Waterville turned out to have been stolen from Middleton. It was returned.

A lawn tool was taken from a Sherwood Dr., Wolfville, residence overnight and a 12-foot ladder was taken from Main St., Wolfville.

A male youth was caught shoplifting in Zellers in New Minas. An abandoned house was broken into in Sheffield Mills.

A 26-year-old man in Kingston was charged with breaking probation, being unlawfully in a dwelling and sexual assault. The incident occurred about 9 p.m.

Some patrons refused to leave a fast food outlet in New Minas at 10:30 p.m.

At 1:22 a.m. Aug. 20, a break-in in progress was reported from Kingston.

At 2:30 a.m., a Highland Ave., Wolfville, resident scared off a would-be thief.

Some roofing materials were stolen overnight on Brow Mtn. Rd. The theft of money from a purse was reported from Wal-Mart in New Minas.

Police are investigating the theft of $55 worth of gas from a station in New Minas.

A male shoplifter tried to steal sneakers in New Minas at 4:20 p.m. An Auburn resident reported a stolen ATV at 6:13 a.m. Aug. 21.

There were four domestic incidents. Minor collisions occurred in Wolfville, Brooklyn St., north Kentville and two in New Minas.

There were 20 false 911 calls and 14 false alarms.
