Locke fades with third round 78
After a third round 78, things have slipped away from Digby golfer Eric Locke at the Canadian Junior Boys Championship in Edmonton, Alta.
The 15-year-old Locke is now 13 over par and in 61st position after three rounds, with the final round underway today at 10:30 a.m. (ADT) at Edmonton Petroleum Golf and Country Club.

Locke is in 25th place in the juvenile division.

Nova Scotia teammate Ally Tidcombe of Wolfville moved well up the leaderboard, from 53rd to 30th place after a one-under par score of 71. The 15-year-old from Ken-Wo carded six birdies during Thursday’s round. The good round put him 14th in the juvenile division.

Seventy-seven players from the field of 155 made the cut, which was determined as the top 70 players and ties.
