The chefs have an opportunity to win one of two awards: The People’s Pick and the The Panel’s Pick. A panel of judges - including Bill Spurr (feature writer and food critic for The Chronicle Herald); Glenn Ells (Annapolis Valley farmer and author) and Amy Smith (feature writer for The Kings County Advertiser) will vote for the Panel’s Pick.
As well as the featured chefs, there will be live music from the Hupman Brothers and an additional 50 vendors (artisans, bakers, cheese makers, chocolatiers, fair trade coffee roasters, fish mongers, herbalists, florists, and of course, farmers!).
The market is located at the Robie Tufts Nature Centre on Front Street, Wolfville (until the end of October, when it moves indoors to the Acadia Student Union Building).
