Upcoming Habitat for Humanity meeting
Habitat for Humanity, South Shore Chapter will hold a meeting on July 29, open to the public interested in lending a hand or just those who are just curious.
The meeting will take place at the Liverpool Lions Hall at 7 p.m.
“Come sit in and see what it’s all about,” said committee member Phillip Mulle.
Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit group that builds homes in partnership with families in need.
The South Shore Chapter recently completed their first build in Bridgewater and now will build in Liverpool.
The build location is on Amherst Street.
Who will own this future home is still undecided but Mulle said family selection is in progress.
“Anyone interested in becoming the owner of the home, applications are in the area,” he noted.
He invites everyone to attend the July 29 meeting.
