There were 173 reports made to RCMP in Kings County between July 10 and July 14.
A pair of oxen were loose again on New Rd. in Aylesford July 10. They were reported at 12:24 p.m. destroying gardens but, when police arrived, the owner was on the scene.
A window on a van was broken overnight on Cherry Lane in Wolfville.
Three girls were caught shoplifting lipgloss and eyeliners at Zellers in New Minas.
Police were called when a dog was observed over heated in a parked car in Greenwood.
Extra patrols were requested after liquor bottles were found on Kingsport Community Association property.
An outboard motor was stolen on Wolfville Ridge.
An older man was reported on the road in Greenwich at dusk. Police determined he was of interest to police in Toronto.
A shed at the Beehive Adult Learning Centre in Aylesford was broken into overnight July 11.
A window on a truck parked on Gracie Dr. in North Kentville was smashed.
A Minas View Dr., Wolfville heard his alarm system go off on a shed that had previously been broken into.
A counterfeit $5 bill was discovered at a bingo hall in Kingston.
Two canisters of gas were stolen from a shed on the Scott’s Bay Rd.
A New Minas mother reported her teenaged son stole a bicycle.
There was a collision on Bridge St. in Kingston at 1:37 p.m.
A break-in occurred on Charles St. in North Kentville and several items were missing.
A vehicle was keyed on Main St. in Kingston.
A home in North Alton was broken into and a laptop, camera and alcohol were taken.
A female driver was charged with failing to yield following a collision at Steam Mill at 4 p.m.
A vehicle shot into a field after avoiding an on-coming vehicle on the Black Rock Rd. in Waterville.
A man was reported lying face down on a lawn on Commercial St. in New Minas at 8:30 p.m. The 28-year-old could not be roused by EHS, but he was belligerent to police and was arrested.
Warnings were issued about noise to party goers on Winter St. and Linden Ave. in Wolfville.
There was a loud part on Kentfields Place in North Kentville at 1 a.m. July 12 and another one on Rock Notch Rd. in Greenwood at 3:58 a.m.
A Halifax father and two offspring got lost on the Cape Split trail and called 911. They managed to yell and were found by other hikers about 4 p.m.
A parent in Sheffield Mills told police at 11 p.m. the noise complaint they’d received was a result of a daughter having a few friends over.
There was a hit and run in Greenwood July 13 in Greenwood.
A rear end collision occurred in Greenwich at 10:27 a.m.
A youth was driving an ATV on Charles St. in North Kentville without a helmet at 5 p.m.
Roaming youth were reported in Waterville with pellet guns.
Police had to evict a 28-year-old Bedford man from the Yogi Bear Campground near Kingston. He had been drinking and disturbing other campers.
Items stored in a trailer in Greenwich were stolen.
The Kentville fire chief asked RCMP to shut down a party at a gravel pit on Prospect Rd. about 10 p.m. Sixty or 70 youth were there.
Someone attempted to break into a vehicle on Oakdene Ave. in Kentville overnight July 14.
Eight mental health calls were received. Eleven domestic incidents were reported and one sexual assault.
There were 12 false business alarms, two false residential alarms and six false 911 calls.
