Children between the ages of five and 10 are invited to join Miss Nova Scotia Galaxy Angel MacCallum, from the Berwick area, for a day of fun and pageantry at the Little Mr. and Miss Pageant.
MacCallum will host two separate fun day events, each offering a full day of games, dancing, singing and opportunities to meet new friends. The first is being held July 22 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the New Minas Civic Centre, and the second is scheduled for the Berwick town hall gymnasium from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 24.
An evening performance will follow July 25 at 7 p.m. at the New Minas Civic Centre for all participants, who will come together to take part in a mini-pageant and show off their new song and dance skills to friends and family.
One-day registration, which includes the pageant performance, is $20 per child. All proceeds will benefit MacCallum, who will represent Nova Scotia at the Miss Canada Galaxy pageant being held in Ottawa in August. For information or to register, call Amanda at 679-0700.
