ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Look out and about
1. Electrical extension cords should not run under carpets or heavy objects, if protective sheath breaks this can cause a shock or fire hazard.
2. Broken and or damaged cover plates and extension cords should be replaced to avoid hazards.
3. The third prong should never be removed from a plug. The third prong is an important safety feature.
4. Don’t overload cords by plugging too many cords into them, using adapters to add cords can overload fuses/circuits causing them to over heat, which can result in a fire hazard.
