Street Punishment’s equipment stolen, show cancelled
After stopping for the night in Quebec, Street Punishment awoke to find their trailer and truck stolen over the weekend.

“It was quite late, they stopped for six hours and when they got up in the morning their bikes and trailers were gone,” said Custom Design Cycles owner, Tony Roy. “They’ve lost everything they’ve worked for.”

Street Punishment was traveling back to Nova Scotia after a show in Toronto, he added.

The trailer held motorcycles, clothing they sell, plus other equipment.

Street Punishment was supposed to perform July 5 at the Greenfield Raceway.

“There’s no way they can do the show,” he said.

After speaking with Street Punishment, July 1, Roy said they were really discouraged but would still make an appearance for Privateer Days.

“They are coming down, but they don’t have any bikes,” said Roy.

They arrive July 4 and will be at Alley Nine in the evening for karaoke.

July 5 at 2:30 p.m. “we will be making a statement at the airport,” to let the public know w hat happened, he continued.

“Kids should be at the entertainment tent at 6 p.m. sharp,” added Roy. “There will be free prizes.”

Street Punishment will be there as his guest as well.

At this point, he is not sure if the full team is coming or just a couple of members.

“I’d like to thank all the sponsors that supported this. We will be getting Street Punishment as soon as they are recovered from this,” he stated, “I will have them back in Liverpool.”

Roy has put up a flag in Street Punishment’s honor at his shop.

A pay pal account will be set up on Street Punishment’s website for anyone wanting to make a donation.
