Special presentation

During last year's NSSBL final, long-time Kentville Wildcats' volunteer John Rafuse collapsed at Memorial Park prior to a game. At the game the following evening in Dartmouth, the Moosehead Dry took up a special collection toward Rafuse's medical expenses. When Dartmouth visited Kentville June 8, Rafuse was on hand, along with Kentville mayor Dave Corkum, to present the Dartmouth team with a certificate of appreciation.
