On Thursday, July 3 in Wolfville, there will be a public information session regarding pesticide-free landscape management.
This session is part of a year-long information and education program provided by the town. Some information to be included is: pesticide concerns, the role of municipalities in managing pesticide usage, common alternatives and pesticide-free approaches to landscape management, and recent developments.
This should be an excellent opportunity for those attending to share information and experience. The session starts at 7 p.m. in the fire hall.
