OSADCHY, Marianne - Always viewed life with a "glass half full" perspective. Over the past year, she bravely faced her illness with her usual grace and dignity. Marianne passed away on May 4, 2008, in Yarmouth with that dignity still intact. Her wishes were to be cremated, but no funeral. Marianne would be touched and overjoyed if those who loved her planted a special flowering plant to remember her by, or a private donation to the Yarmouth SPCA in her memory would be greatly appreciated by all the animals, as she adored her pets so much. Marianne was a wonderful gardener, artist, chef, wife, mother, aunt and friend. Marianne's husband Bob and daughter Natalie would like to thank the nursing staff of Yarmouth Regional Hospital - 4 North and South - and the doctors and other medical staff who provided her with compassionate and dignified care. Bob, Natalie, Rudy, Sophie, Riley and Tuffy will miss her dearly. On-line condolences may be sent to: sweenys@ns.aliantzinc.ca or you may sign the guest book at: www.sweenysfuneralhome.net
