An evening of Celtic Christianity
The public is invited to attend an evening on Celtic Christianity – a “Spirituality for our Time” Wednesday, May 14 at Wolfville Baptist Church.

The session will run from 7–8:30 p.m. at the church on Main St. Rev. Barry Morrison says it will be an exploration of the origins of Celtic Christianity, its special rhythms of prayer and song, its respect for the natural world, and the gifts it has to offer to contemporary Christians.

Guide for the evening will be Rev. Ivan Gregan, Port Wallis United Church, Dartmouth. A linguist at heart, he converses in many languages, but especially English, French and Gaelic.

Morrison says his special interest revolves around Celtic theology, history and Biblical interpretation with a keen interest in translation and composition of the Celtic Liturgical Texts and religious poetry.
