Waterloo Lake area victim of numerous B&Es

Police were called to Waterloo Lake to investigate seven separate break and enters into outbuildings on April 25 at 8:39 a.m. All of the incidents targeted outbuildings and not cottages.
Various items were taken including a chainsaw, a canoe, and an outboard motor. Anyone with any information regarding these incidents is asked to contact police.
The Annapolis detachment of the RCMP responded to 77 calls for assistance during the week of April 21 through April 28.
Among these were five motor vehicle accidents, three domestic matters, eight false alarms and five false 911.
Following are highlights of these calls:

-- April 21 at 3:31 p.m. A caller reported that an individual was walking through Middleton with open beer. A patrol was made and the matter was dealt with accordingly.
-- April 21 at 7:30 p.m. A caller reported an assault in Middleton.
--April 21 at 10:11 p.m. A Bridgetown caller reported being harassed.
-- April 21 at 10:42 p.m. A caller reported that a driver was spinning tires in a Bridgetown parking lot.
--April 22 at 4:07 p.m. A Cornwallis caller reported harassing calls.
-- April 22 at 4:17 p.m. A Cornwallis Park resident reported harassing calls.
--April 22 at 5:33 p.m. Police were called to a traffic accident in Waldec.
-- April 22 at 6:43 p.m. Police were called to Bear River after a property had been damaged.
--April 22 at 10:50 p.m. A Deep Brook caller reported harassing phone calls.
-- April 23 at 9:37 a.m. An individual was found with stolen property in Wilmot.
-- April 23 at 11:02 a.m. Police were called to Middleton in response to a mischief complaint.
-- April 23 at 2:15 p.m. Police were called to Middleton following a traffic collision in a parking lot.
-- April 23 at 9:14 p.m. Police received a request to locate an individual from Middleton. The individual returned safely.
-- April 24 at 11:24 a.m. Police located a suspended driver in Middleton.
-- April 24 at 3:07 p.m. Police were called to a traffic collision on Purdy Rd. near the 101 Highway. Mechanical failure is deemed to be the cause of the accident.
-- April 24 at 7:43 p.m. A Bridgetown caller reported mischief.
-- April 25 at 4:20 a.m. A caller reported a break and enter into a Meadowvale residence.
-- April 25 at 6:15 a.m. A caller reported a break and enter into a building in Wilmot.
-- April 25 at 10:20 p.m. A police checkpoint in Lawrencetown stopped and checked 21 vehicles.
-- April 25 at 10:48 p.m. A Deep Brook caller reported obscene phone calls.
-- April 26 at 8:10 p.m. A Caller reported an assault with a weapon in Melvern Square.
-- April 26 at 8:13 p.m. A Springfield caller reported a quantity of money stolen.
-- April 26 at 11:39 p.m. A Round Hill caller reported being threatened.
-- April 27 at 7:16 a.m. A caller reported an assault in Deep Brook.
-- April 27 at 10:54 p.m. A 53 year-old man was reported missing after he failed to return home from a fishing trip. The Ground Search and Rescue was called to assist. The man was located at 7 a.m. the following morning.
-- April 28 at 9:54 a.m. Police were called to a two-vehicle accident in Wilmot. No injuries were reported and the damage to vehicles was minimal.
-- April 28 at 11:36 a.m. A Clementsport resident reported being threated.
