Provincial court Judge Jean-Louis Batiot released the pair despite opposition from the Crown.
RCMP said Boudreau conspired with his daughter to have her ex-husband killed.
Charges against Ryan are conspiracy to commit murder and two counts of counseling an offence that was not committed.
Her father is charged with counseling to commit murder, counseling to commit an offence that was not committed, and failing to comply with a court order.
Ryan was arrested in late-March and sent for a 30-day psychiatric evaluation. Her father was arrested Friday, and is also accused of assaulting his former son-in-law in December.
Ryan and Boudreau have been ordered to abide by a number of conditions, such as having no contact with each other or Ryan's former husband. Ryan is also banned from using a cellphone.
Ryan is scheduled to return to court Aug. 27 to set a trial date.
Boudreau is expected back in court on June 23 for election and plea.
