Steering may have led to pulpwood truck accident
The driver wasn’t injured when a loaded pulpwood truck went over this Highway 8, Milton embankment about 3 p.m. March 31 between the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources and Nova Scotia Power Inc. At present, Queens RCMP don’t believe speed nor the sharp turn at the site of the accident was a cause. The driver reported mechanical steering problems. The investigation is ongoing. The truck is being pulled out today (April 1). Mark Roberts Photos
