Another Queens RCMP drug seizure
On March 27, RCMP Queens Detachment and the South Shore Integrated Street Crime Unit executed two Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrants in Liverpool.
One warrant was executed on a residence while the other was executed on an out-building. Approximately 335 grams of marihuana along with drug paraphernalia were seized.
Leo Annis Smith, 43, of Liverpool was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Marihuana and Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking.
An adult female was issued an Appearance Notice to appear in Liverpool Provincial Court on May 20, 2008 for Possession of Marihuana.
