Conspiracy to commit murder
Meteghan RCMP arrested a 38-year-old Clare woman who is alleged to have conspired to have a second party commit murder. The intended victim was her ex-husband.
The investigation concluded last night when the woman was arrested near Digby.
She will be formally charge today for Consulting to Commit Murder under
Section 464 of the Criminal Code.
The suspect is presently being held at the Meteghan RCMP Detachment for further investigation. The place and time of her first court appearance will be released later today.
The matter is still under investigation.
