Setting sales beyond Lunenburg Queens
Trade Team Nova Scotia has partnered with the Lunenburg Queens Regional Development Agency to bring the province’s foremost trade experts to the region.
Business owners who have questions about any aspect of exporting can drop by the Bridgewater Wandlyn on March 27 to meet trade experts and learn more about current trends and resources in exporting. The sessions, which do not require appointments, take place in the morning from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., followed by a luncheon with local exporters.

Setting Sales beyond Lunenburg Queens gives owners a chance to briefly discuss their own company’s plans, and to learn more about the steps needed to trade successfully outside Canada and to other provinces. The one-on-one meetings will allow for private discussions with the province’s top trade advisors.

The following organizations within Trade Team Nova Scotia (TTNS) will be on site to answer questions: Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency; Business Development Bank of Canada; Export Development Canada; World Trade Centre Atlantic Canada; Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade; Nova Scotia Business Inc.; Canada Business – Nova Scotia; Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture – Marketing Services Division (agri-food and seafood industry); and TrafficTech (worldwide transportation logistics).

A panel of local exporters from successful companies will also be on hand during the luncheon to relate their export experiences. This includes Jerome Romkey from GN Plastics, Hugh MacPherson of HEKA Electronics, and Maria Keisling of Keisling Construction.
