Horton Street fire ruled arson
Fire started by 10-year-old
RCMP and Yarmouth Fire Department investigators have determined that Wednesday's fire at a Horton Street apartment building was intentionally set.

The investigation concluded that a 10-year-old boy, who lived at the resident with his father, was responsible for the fire. Charges cannot be laid because the boy is younger than 12.

Family and Children Services of Yarmouth County were contacted and are involved with the family.
