Eat, drink and be merry with Mediterranean flavour

The Rotary Club of Wolfville is holding its annual gala - An Evening of Mediterranean Elegance - this coming Saturday, February 23.

Fine cuisine and wine will be presented by chef Michael Howell and friends at 7 p.m. at the Fountain Learning Commons at Acadia University.

Among the superb chefs taking part are Roland Glauser, Charlotte Lane, Shelburne; Craig Flinn, Chives Canadian Bistro, Halifax; Marc Gabrieau, Gabrieau’s Bistro, Antigonish; Mike Mckinnon, Acadia University/ Chartwells, Wolfville; Martin Ruiz Salvador, Fleur De Sel, Lunenburg; Scott Geddes, Cocoa Pesto Bistro, Windsor; and Peter Dewar and Don Mailman of Kingstec, Kentville.

Matching wines, dancing and a silent auction are also planned for the evening.
