Ross Farm visitors enjoy old-fashioned fun during “Tasty Treats Weekend”

It was like being transported back to a simpler time at Ross Farm Museum in New Ross this past weekend, as there was a lot of old-fashioned fun to be had. As part of the “Tasty Treats Weekend”, visitors were invited to sample home made candy made on the woodstove, take part in taffy pulls, crank homemade ice cream, visit the animals, enjoy an old fashioned sleigh ride and then warm-up with a cup of hot chocolate.
